Mr. Zakaria Muhammad Ismail Godil

Founder-Chairman

Zakaria Muhammad Ismail Godil is a Pakistani philanthropist, former Sindh Minister for Special Education, and Founder-Chairman of Parents Voice Association – UJALA Centre.

Since 1984, he has led efforts to support individuals with developmental disabilities and advance inclusive initiatives in Sindh.

Dr. Nisar Ahmed Leghari

Mich Stark is a dedicated and experienced educator who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special needs. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in the success of our special education programs.

Mr. Farman Ali Tanwari

Director

Farman Ali Tanwari is a senior government official in Sindh, currently serving as Regional Director of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD) in Karachi.

He oversees special education and rehabilitation centers, focusing on inclusive education, autism awareness, and community-based services.
